The final exhibition of the European S+T+ARTS Aqua Motion programme, taking place in Brussels from December 10th-13th 2026, presents artistic works developed through collaborations between art, science and technology, addressing current challenges related to water.

Among the exhibited works is Vienna, Told by Water, part of the Hosting Water project: a photographic series of dark-field microscopy images of Viennese water samples, offering different perspectives on the interactions between water, urban environments and infrastructures.

The exhibition opening on 10 December will be preceded by a full day of talks and discussions at KANAL–Centre Pompidou. Artists, researchers and other stakeholders will explore the potential of interdisciplinary collaboration and the role of artistic research in addressing societal and environmental challenges.

The exhibition is organised in collaboration with Ohme, which will host a parallel three-day programme of events and an additional exhibition.
